Hi all, my name is Simon and I'm a clinical nurse with 3 years of experience in pharmacy medicine.

I was prescribed azithromycin for my severe bacterial infection in April this year and I was on a course of azithromycin that did not work. I was prescribed my second dose of azithromycin. I got the second dose when I finished taking the first dose of the azithromycin. I am not taking the second dose. I took the azithromycin and it took me over 4 weeks to have the infection.

I have had two antibiotics prescribed for my UTI for quite a while now. I had been taking the second antibiotic as a first dose as an IV and the first antibiotic as an oral. My symptoms were not improving with the first dose of the antibiotics but I have not had a break in the night. The antibiotics were taking so long, the side effects were not helping but the symptoms went away. I've been off the antibiotic for a few weeks and I've had no problems so my symptoms are going away now.

I just wanted to share this story because it was such a pleasure to share. I'm a bit nervous to be able to give a patient with a serious condition a good reason to try out a second dose of the antibiotic. My doctor suggested me to take the second antibiotic in the morning. I took the second antibiotic on the day of my UTI as I've had to take it every other day before taking it and I haven't had any problems. I also got the second antibiotic prescribed for me by a nurse. So when I take the second antibiotic, I take it on my own.

We are having a couple of very serious problems with the antibiotics. One is that I don't really know how to take them. I have been taking them every day for 4 weeks and it's always been working. I have also had side effects with them such as nausea, diarrhea, and a stomach upset. I haven't had any side effects to the antibiotics yet. My doctor said that I should continue taking them. I thought that I was going to have a hard time doing this because it would take me a couple of days to recover. I am trying to get back to normal on the second dose of the antibiotic and this is going to be an important part of my recovery. I will have to do all the tests, get all the tests done and keep going.

I also have the antibiotics I was on for 3 months. I took a second dose of the antibiotics. It was my last dose of the antibiotics. I haven't had any side effects in the past. I have not had any problems with the antibiotics yet. I will be able to take them again.

I am a nurse and I am a very careful and knowledgeable pharmacist. I am so sorry to hear about your symptoms. I am also very sorry to hear about your struggles and I hope to be able to tell you about how you can get back to being normal and being able to take the second antibiotic and it's not working.
